Kailis Bros and Legend Holdings form a newly capitalized venture: KB Food

Kailis Bros is pleased to announce that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Legend Holdings Corporation whereby Kailis Bros seafood processing, wholesaling and exporting business forms the base of a new venture between the two companies: KB Food

SINCE 1926, KAILIS BROS.
HAS LED THE
SEAFOOD INDUSTRY

However, this success has not been due to sticking to a single winning formula. Rather, it’s been born from meeting new opportunities with an open-mind; from a willingness to evolve and back big (and sometimes daring) thinking to find new and better ways of doing things.

What has remained consistent though, is our commitment to forging strong and trusting relationships with our partners. From the beginning we have seen our role as much more than simply supplying product to an end-user. Whether working with a national grocery retailer or a small chain of suburban hotels, we are focused on offering solutions that go above and beyond what is expected in order to help drive the success of that business.

And now, as we evolve to KB’s Food Co., we are presented with another opportunity. Empowered by enhanced resources, we’re positioned to take the world by storm, further strengthen our relationships and deliver an even greater range of food products to the market.

To do so, we’ll scour Australia and the globe in search of fresh and desirable food solutions that add value to our partner’s businesses and exceed the expectations of the end consumer. Working relentlessly to improve food experiences for everyone we interact with.
